La pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente revalorisation datait du 1\/07\/2017.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Comme cet avenant \u00e0 la convention collective, la CFTC propose et conclut de nombreux accords.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Mieux vaut faire aboutir des accords qui font avancer, m\u00eame de peu, mais continuellement, le bien \u00eatre des salari\u00e9s, leurs conditions de travail et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, que de rejeter ces accords sous motif qu\u2019ils sont insuffisants ==&gt;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">En am\u00e9liorant les
